Hi,
    I’m Alan Mann, a Real Estate Broker Associate, and I have been licensed in the Real Estate Profession since July 1993.
    I have been working with Shirley as her Assistant since May of 1995, and now I also work with the The Radtke Team. I do most of the errands, computer/internet “stuff” and process the files and paperwork. I also do follow up on phone calls, contract dates, set appointments, meet with inspectors and appraisers, etc. as well as show homes to buyers and present market studies to potential customers.
    I was previously in the Corrugated Box Industry for 24 years, most of which was in Production Management. I have worked for Boise Cascade Corp, International Paper, Tenneco Packaging, and Capital Packaging Corp.
    I am divorced, have a 26 year old son and a 30 year old daughter who is married and lives in Lake Elsinore, California with her husband and two children.
    I enjoy what I do and have a high regard for Ken, our great company and our Managing Broker. Their  many years of successful experience has been very educational for me.
    Our desire is to do the best we can to assist people in buying and/or selling their homes. Moving, selling and buying can be very stressful.
